香港是個步伐急速的商業城市,地方雖小,但商業頻繁,發展一日千里。雖然新興行業不斷發展,但舊式店舖仍有生存空間,百花齊放。然而經過這三年的疫境考驗,部份老店還是敵不過時代洪流,結業告终。可幸的是,當中仍有不少老店能堅毅地生存著,不論是加點新意思,或是來個大革新,祖業依然堅守,再繼往開來。這些老店不只是在香港街知巷聞,有些更早已衝出國際,聞名於世。她們是不少遊客必到的觀光聖地及打卡熱點。為迎接未來陸續放寬的出入境限制,迎來更多旅客訪港,造訪經典店舖將再次成為旅客們的熱門活動。本輯《香港故事》將帶大家走訪不同的老字號食肆及商店,細味她們的魅力所在。

However, after pandemic in the past three years, some old stores were unable to withstand the torrent of the times and closed down. Fortunately, there are still many old stores that are able to survive with perseverance. Whether it is adding a new meaning or a major innovation, the ancestral business still sticks to it and continues to build on the past. These long-established shops are not only well-known in Hong Kong, but some of them have already gone international and become famous all over the world.
